What do we have to offer?

We aim to provide all of our customers with the best user experiences. To accomplish this, as well as our overall mission of delivering easy-to-read education on mental health and wellbeing practices, we have written, gathered, and made available a selection of resources we find helpful for personal growth.​

 

These resources include free-to-download PDFs of any topic we have covered on our social media accounts. These are uploaded weekly and allow you to keep information in a more accessible format. You can print them out and stick them on your wall, or share them with others who are struggling. These are shorter packets of information that are easy to read and occasionally provide simple practices you can adopt to build healthier habits.

 

​Next, we have our blog. On this platform, we will provide longer-format texts covering similar topics. These blogs will feature more in-depth explanations, background, and research-based content. You can expect to see a new blog every two weeks, so remember to keep up-to-date on publications of interest to you!

Finally, we have our library. In this section, we will provide you with a collection of interesting books covering a range of topics, from specific mental health diagnoses to general healthy living practices to understanding the world around us in simpler terms. This section is a work in progress, so eventually you will be able to click on each book in the library and access a simple synopsis describing the subject matter of the book for easier comprehension. For now however, we just hope you enjoy your reading!
